The Challenge

The Birch Co does beautiful, considered work, but their digital presence was generic and forgettable, undercutting the premium they could command.

When the work is this good, the website has to keep up. The Birch Co’s craftsmanship deserved a digital presence that felt every bit as considered, and the old site simply didn’t carry it.

We built a warm, tactile design language, typography, texture, and pacing that echo the work itself, and produced brand film and photography to give the story motion and feeling. The site is built to let the portfolio lead, with room to breathe between pieces so each one lands.

Before any design started, we got clear on what sets The Birch Co apart: the materials, the obsession with detail, and the kind of client who notices both. That became the spine of the brand, a warm, earthy palette, generous space, and a monogram mark that holds up everywhere from a business card to a job-site sign.

The brand film carries what stills cannot, the process and the finished spaces at a pace that lets the craft land. Paired with the new site and a consistent identity system, The Birch Co now shows up the same way at every touchpoint, from the first search result to the final proposal.

The result reads as crafted, distinct, and premium: a presence that matches the work and helps The Birch Co charge what it’s worth.
