The Challenge
TenSeven Security runs CLEET-certified licensing courses, but enrollment was handled by hand: phone calls, spreadsheets, and manual payment collection. Every new class meant more back-and-forth and more chances for a seat to slip through the cracks.
TenSeven Security trains the next generation of licensed security professionals in Oklahoma. The teaching was world-class. The sign-up process was a bottleneck.
Before we built the academy platform, every registration ran through a person. Students called to ask which classes were open, staff tracked seats in spreadsheets, and payment happened over the phone or in person. It worked, but it capped how many students the team could enroll and left room for double-booked seats and missed payments.
We built a purpose-made booking and enrollment platform. Students browse the full course ladder, see real-time availability for each session, reserve their seat, and pay through Stripe in a single flow. The moment they book, automated confirmations and reminders go out, and a self-serve lookup lets them pull up their registration any time with just an email.
The result is a digital product that does the administrative work for them. TenSeven gets a clean, paid, confirmed roster for every class, and the team gets their time back to do what they do best: train.
